The similarities between the past and present crimes leads the detectives to wonder if they put the wrong man behind bars.

Predictably, events soon spiral out of control for the duo doofuses and all those in their orbit.

After his girlfriend dumps him, high-school senior Kevin (Drake Bell) does not feel like attending freshman orientation weekend at Fairmont University, but his pals (Andrew Caldwell, Kevin Covais) drag him along anyway. Once there, the teens hook up with members of the rowdiest fraternity on campus, who introduce them to the college party scene, as well as a few pretty sorority girls.
