Open to all women living in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas, who can demonstrate participation in the art community. Guidelines can also be downloaded from the New Grounds website at www.newgroundsprintshop.com. Scholarship Applications must be postmarked by April 30, 2008. The Rachel Allen Scholarship will be awarded to one person every year.
