Ingredients
- 1 glass jar of chick peas
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of sesame tahini
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, mashed in salt
Directions
- Blend in Cuisinart until well blended and silky.
- Serve with warm pita bread, grilled green onions and olives.
