Fill mixing glass with ice. Pour in all ingredients. Shake well. Pour into salt rimmed glass. Add lime wedge or wheel.

If you prefer, you can make your own Sweet and Sour mix by mixing 8 ounces of lemon juice with two tablespoons of sugar.
