Bio

Daniel has been a photographer for the past 20 years. Raised in New York and presently based in Santa Fe, Daniel travels worldwide for bookings throughout Europe, Asia and the US, as well as bringing out many clients to the Southwest to benefit from the amazing light, locations and infrastructure of his home base. Having been a model for 5 years prior to becoming a photographer, Daniel worked in N.Y., Paris, Milano, London, and Tokyo, for such clients as THIERRY MUGLER, JEAN PAUL GAULTIER, KENZO, CACHAREL, ISSEY MIYAKE, KANSAI, LUCIANO SOPRANI, NEW MAN, L'UOMO VOGUE, MONDO UOMO, MANNER VOGUE, GERMAN VOGUE, ALBERT WATSON, ALDO FALLAI, KNUT BRY, GILLES TAPIE & PETER LINDBERGH, giving Daniel an education of the business to help launch his photography career. Assisting such photographers as STEVEN SILVERSTEIN, THIERRY MUGLER, and FRANCK THIERRY further enhanced that learning process. Daniel then went out on his own, getting hired by VOGUE MEXICANA to shoot photo-reportage for 2 years throughout India, Nepal, Burma, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Fiji, Tahiti, and Brazil. Following that experience, Daniel returned to Paris, then to Madrid, and finally coming full circle back to New York to devote his full time to fashion and architecture and interiors, shooting catalogues, editorial, and advertising, before eventually settling in the high desert of Santa Fe. Languages include: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese.
