Century Bank is proud to announce its arrival in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Rio Rancho Economic Development Center, and many important city officials will be on hand to welcome Century Bank at a ground breaking ceremony on November 18 at 10:30 a.m. The ceremony will take place at the site of the new branch at 3650 Rio Rancho Blvd. N.E.

The approximately 13,500-square-foot facility, designed by Studio Southwest Architects, Inc., will be a full service branch with a drive-through operation and also have space available for lease.


The new location will be built as Leed Gold Equivalent, with emphasis on high energy efficiency and green materials. Features include a state of the art mechanical system, solar photovoltaic system, water harvesting system, green garden roof, solar shading and plenty of windows to utilize natural light during working hours. With all of these features, it will use significantly less energy than a conventional building.
