11 Via Palomita, Santa Fe

Join Rey Post for a special edition of the All Things Real Estate (ATRE) radio show, as he broadcasts the show from the terrace of a very Santa Fe home on Sunday, August 15, from noon until 2 p.m. The show will air from 11 Via Palomita, a property featured in the 29th Annual Haciendas, A Parade of Homes (Parade) tour, located in the Santa Fe community of Las Campanas. (Our featured image above shows the backyard terrace from which the show will be aired!)

The Parade is sponsored by the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA), featuring some of the finest new construction and fully remodeled homes in the Santa Fe region. The Parade is a competition between builder teams, with multiple awards being offered by the SFAHBA at their gala dinner on August 17. The home at 11 Via Palomita was built by Zachary & Sons Homes.

This is the 10th year that host Rey Post and ATRE have been invited by the SFAHBA to air a remote broadcast of the show during the annual Parade event, which was

Rey will be joined by a variety of guests during the two-hour August 15 broadcast. Steve Riemann, president of the Santa Fe Title Company, will join Rey as guest co-host. • Zachary Shultz, principal at Zachary & Sons Homes
  • Jorge Ramirez, project manager with Zachary & Sons Homes
  • Megan Herrera of Counter Intelligence, which installed the countertops, cabinets and closets at the home
  • Lynsey Storm of Allbright & Lockwood, which added the lighting, tile, and other design elements

In addition, Rey and Steve will interview the following during the broadcast:

Before the ATRE remote broadcast begins, at the same location, Miles will host a remote broadcast of the SFAHBA’s weekly radio show Build Together, airing from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. on August 15. Miles and his guests will speak about the Parade and feature guests who are part of staging the event, along with sponsors of the Parade and other SFAHBA members/officers. The SFAHBA is a long-time corporate supporter of ATRE, with Miles being a monthly guest on the ATRE show.

Rey explains that there’s a lot of value in attending the Parade. He says, “Everybody who is part of the home project is there. For six days you can go to every home on the tour for only $20. As a consumer, you can meet with some of the best faces in the industry. Besides seeing some of the finest new-build homes Santa Fe has to offer, the real value is frankly the one-on-one conversations you can have with home building professionals. Whether you wish to construct a house from the ground up, or wish to remodel your existing home, the Parade offers you an enormous return.”
