El Rancho de las Golondrinas at 334 Los Pinos Road in Santa Fe, New Mexico, celebrates children of all ages!

Saturday, August 29 and Sunday August 30, from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. both days, we invite you to ven a jugar con nosotros -- come out and play with us!  There will be games, crafts and entertainment especially for kids!

Make a miniature adobe house and learn to weave on a mini loom!  Make your own rope and a trade bead necklace!  Try your hand at washing clothes the old fashioned way on a washboard.  Shoot a bow and arrows, learn tin stamping and dress up like a Spanish settler.

Thrill to the sights and sounds of Baile Espanol de Santa Fe.  Take a mule-drawn wagon ride.  Be mystified by Professor Cheesecurdle's Magic Show and listen to story time with Katherine Ranck.  Meet the adorable miniature horses of "Horsetalk."

Don't miss the bread and peach cobbler that will come out of the adobe horno at 12 noon just in time for a lunch snack!

Buy or barter for old-time goods in the Country Store and be sure to see "Archaeology in La Cienega," a brand-new exhibit of findings from a 17th Century Spanish home.

New Mexican food available in the food service area as well as snacks and drinks.

See artisans demonstrating traditional crafts including blacksmithing, carving, hide tanning, woodworking, baking, tinsmithing, milling, spinning and weaving and more!

Costumed interpreters will be located all around our 200-acre ranch to enhance our visitors' experience.

Our wonderful Museum Gift Shop will be open as will our Exhibition Hall featuring incredible artifacts, furniture and textiles from Colonial New Mexico.
