Sotheby's International Realty's weekly radio show features host Rey Post and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.
This Sunday---in the first hour of the show---join host Rey Post, his guest co-host Craig Hoopes, Principal at Hoopes & Associates Architects, and their guests for a holiday-inspired themed show of “It’s A Labor of Love In Real Estate.” Rey will discuss with Craig how he applies a variety of tools when communicating and working with his clients, in the effort to achieve effective home renovation and design outcomes.
In his weekly mortgage tip segment, Ron Blessey (NMLS #214672) will offer show-themed observations on how Homeowners Financial Group, an Equal Housing Lender (NMLS #93718) works with home buyer clients to successfully achieve the goal of purchasing a property in the current real estate market.
Justin Kibbe, Vice President of Fix My Roof, LLC will offer observations on how he and his company colleagues are applying their products and services to a special roofing project at the famous Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort Casino, located adjacent to Ruidoso, NM in the South Central part of the state.
Master Builder Kevin Skelly, Principal at KM Skelly, Inc. with offer his own “labor of love in real estate” thoughts on how he and his team work with consumers to achieve home renovation and full-property building plans.
In the first hour's "Open House of the Week" segment, Rey will interview his Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker colleague Lois Sury, regarding the features of 706 Gonzales, a 4-bedroom home offering expansive views and located in an ideal location in downtown Santa Fe. In the second hour of the program, well-regarded interior designer Lisa Samuel, Principal at the Samuel Design Group, will host her monthly and popular “Style Makers By Design” broadcast featuring commentary on issues of interest to home owners, buyers and sellers. Lisa’s guest hisSunday is celebrity chef Todd Hall, who is contributing his talents to the Big Brothers Big SistersMountain Region 6th annual gala “Shaken Not Stirred: It’s About the Bond.” The event will be stagedon October 10 at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center and is designed to support the life-changing friendships this organization brings to 1,100 kids in our region.
