The June 22 Show

Sotheby's International Realty's weekly radio show features host Rey Post and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.

This Sunday---in the first hour of the show---join show host, Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post and his co-host Bonnie Davis, Professional Community Association Manager with Westgate Properties, LLC, and their guests for a first official day of summer discussion of real estate issues important to home buyers, sellers and owners. Davis will also offer commentary on various issues impacting the activities of boards of directors in homeowner association managed communities.

In his weekly “Real Story” segment, Ron Blessey, Senior Mortgage Banker with Peoples Bank, will discuss mortgage-related issues that impact home buyers who are purchasing properties in both the summer months, as well as in homeowner association managed communities.

In a special interview segment, Gene Butler, President of The Firebird, will offer suggestions to home owners regarding both the use and maintenance of irrigation systems, as well as at-home grill systems. The Firebird is Santa Fe’s source for home irrigation, stove and fireplace products and services.

Stephen Etre, Co-Owner of the well-regarded Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery, will offer his own observations on Santa Fe’s business scene as well as his gallery’s association with “All Things Real Estate,” as the radio show marks its 5-year anniversary this month.

In the first hour's "Open House of the Week" segment, Sotheby’s International Realty broker Charles Weber offers information regarding the attributes of 121 Sicomoro, a 3-bedroom and beautifully remodeled Stamm home, located in the northwest section of Santa Fe.

In the second hour of the program, join Bonnie Davis of Westgate Properties, LLC, and her guests as they tackle a variety of homeowner association issues that impact residents in these communities. Issues discussed will focus on a variety of legal matters including liability exposure associated with the activities of board of directors. Joining Bonnie in offering his professional observations on these issues is Javier Delgado, Partner with the Carpenter Hazelwood & Delgado Law Firm.

In both hours of the program, show guests will also offer their own observations on the 5-year anniversary this month of the launch of the “All Things Real Estate” radio show.
