Sotheby's International Realty's weekly radio show features host Rey Post and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.

This Sunday---in the first hour of the show---join show host, Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post and his guests for a discussion of the reasons why Santa Fe is a desirable destination for home buying, whether as a primary residence or for a second home.

In his weekly commentary, Ron Blessey, Private Mortgage Banker with Wells Fargo, will offer observations on the desirability of Santa Fe as a destination for home buyers using a mortgage to purchase a new residence.

Stephen Etre, Co-Owner of Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery, will speak to his three-decade experience of working with consumers from around the country who come to Santa Fe to attend his famous estate sales events.

Co-Owner of Furry’s Buick GMC---Julia Furry---will offer her thoughts on the dealership serving as a popular destination for both new and current Santa Fe home owners. Julia will also speak to the long-time commitment that she and her husband Brad have given to a variety of charitable organizations in Santa Fe whose respective missions are meaningful to city residents.

Well-respected home builder, Kevin Skelly of K. M. Skelly, Inc., will offer his observations on what sets Santa Fe apart from other cities when it comes to the construction of new homes, or the remodeling of existing properties.

In the first hour's "Open House of the Week" segment, Sotheby’s International Realty associate broker Ashley Margetson will offer information on 1313 Lejano Court, a 4-bedroom home offering nurturing mountain views and relaxing privacy, located just minutes to the Santa Fe Plaza.

In the second hour of the program, join professional retirement and financial planning agent with the New York Life Insurance Company, Michael Anaya, for a discussion of various strategies to help protect your real estate assets.
