Sotheby's International Realty's weekly radio show features host Rey Post and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.

This Sunday---in first hour of the show---join show host, Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post and his guest co-host Tom Simon, Managing Member of Westgate Properties, LLC, and their guests for a discussion of how the home has traditionally served as the focal point for bringing families together. Sunday is National Parents Day, so this commemoration serves as the backdrop for the show's first hour theme.

In his weekly commentary, Ron Blessey, Private Mortgage Banker with Wells Fargo, will offer observations on how parents use tailored loan products to achieve their goal of a home purchase.

Buddy Roybal, Owner of Santa Fe’s Coronado Paint & Decorating, will speak to how his company has assisted home owners for more than 30 years in turning their home construction and remodeling dreams into reality. Buddy will also offer his thoughts on Sunday’s observance of National Parents Day.

Well-regarded architect Christopher Purvis, Principal at A. Christopher Purvis Architects, will provide commentary on how he has aided parents in the design and construction of new homes, as well as remodeling activities. Christopher will also reflect on the significance of National Parents Day.

In the first hour's "Open House of the Week" segment, Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Bob Burbic will offer information on 13 Enebro Road, a 3-bedroom old world adobe home located in Eldorado, with mountain views and lots of special features.

In the second hour of the show, community management professionals Tom Simon and Bonnie Davis of Westgate Properties, LLC, and their guests will discuss the role homeowner associations play in Santa Fe’s residential community development. Kim Shanahan, Executive Officer of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association, will offer his thoughts on the second hour topic, while Javier Delgado, Partner with the Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado & Bolen law firm, will offer his legal observations on the growth of homeowner associations in new residential developments.
