Sotheby's International Realty's weekly radio show features host Rey Post and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.

This Sunday---in first hour of the show---join show host, Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post and his guests as they discuss the “voyage” that home buyers, sellers and owners take when pursuing their respective real estate goals. Sunday marks the 522nd anniversary of the launch of the first voyage to the Americas by explorer Christopher Columbus, which is being used as the backdrop for the theme of the program.

In his weekly commentary, Ron Blessey, Private Mortgage Banker with Wells Fargo Private Client Bank, will offer observations on various “voyage-like” elements that consumers need to pursue when working with a lender in the purchase of a new home.

Justin Kibbe, Vice President with Santa Fe’s own Fix My Roof, Inc., will speak to how his company helps clients navigate the correct path to achieving the best roofing solution for their own homes.

Lawrence Becerra, Co-Founder of the Santa Fe based charity, Las Campanas Compadres, will discuss the voyage that he and his fellow board members and volunteers have taken resulting in the success the non-profit enjoys today. Las Campanas Compadres hosts their annual Labor Day Mini-Triathlon at The Club at Las Campanas on September 1. In the first hour's "Open House of the Week" segment, Sotheby’s International Realty associate broker Darlene Streit will offer information on 1000 Hillcrest Drive, a 4-bedroom and newly remodeled in-town (Santa Fe) contemporary home, located on approximately 1 acre of land with stunning Sangre de Cristo Mountain views.

In the second hour of the show, well-regarded interior designer Lisa Samuel, Owner of the Samuel Design Group, and her guests will speak to a variety of elements that “build community.” Lisa, who grew up in Santa Fe, believes in the philosophy of giving back to a community that has in turn given her so much over the years.
