The February 1 Show

Sotheby's International Realty's weekly radio show features host Rey Post and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.

This Sunday---in the first hour of the show---join show host, Sotheby's International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post,  and his guests as they commemorate the staging of this year’s National Football League “Super Bowl,” by discussing a variety of issues that are important  to every home owner, buyer and seller.

In his weekly mortgage commentary, Ron Blessey, Private Mortgage Banker with Wells Fargo Private Client Bank, will highlight the “super” mortgage products and services important to home buyers who are pursuing a purchase using the assistance of a lender.

Justin Kibbe, Vice President with Santa Fe’s Fix My Roof, Inc., will offer his “championship caliber” suggestions for consumers to consider when it comes to addressing pre-spring roofing issues. Justin will also offer information on the "Annual Maintenance" services his company provides to its clients. Fix My Roof, Inc., provides a range of roofing services for residential and commercial customers, including the application of a unique and NASA-developed product.

Julia Furry, Co-Owner with her husband Brad, of Furry’s Buick GMC dealership, will review the variety of ways the dealership provides “winning” services and “league-leading” vehicles to Santa Fe’s real estate owners, buyers and sellers. Besides providing observations on the general business environment as we enter February, Julia will also offer advice on how consumers can use the special vehicle financing options offered at the dealership.

In the first hour's "Open House of the Week" segment, Rey will be joined by Mariel Tennsion, transaction coordinator for the Darlene Streit Group, as she offers information on 540 East Alameda, Unit 7, a meticulously renovated and historic four-bedroom,Spanish-style estate close to Canyon Road and the Santa Fe Plaza. This property is being listed by Rey’s Sotheby’s International Realty associate broker colleague, Darlene Streit, and represents one of Santa Fe’s truly unique properties.

In the second hour of the program, join well-regarded interior designer Lisa Samuel of the Samuel Design Group and her guest, Kelly Egolf, Founder of Verde Juice, New Mexico’s first cold-pressed micro-juicery. Lisa’s new “Style Makers By Design” broadcast, is the second in a series of year-long “lifestyle” programs presented during the second hour of the first Sunday of each month of the "All Things Real Estate" radio show.
