Sotheby's International Realty's weekly radio show features host Rey Post and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.

This Sunday---in both hours of the show---join show guest hosts, Ron Blessey, Private Mortgage Banker with Wells Fargo Private Client Bank, and Rod Gesten, Co-Founder and CEO of Planet Forward, LLC, and their guests for a President's Day-themed discussion of important real estate and community-related issues.

In his weekly mortgage commentary, Ron Blessey will offer observations on timely lender-related issues that are critical to home buyers. Rod Gesten will offer commentary in the ongoing story about the elements of his company's unique HEC energy benchmarking and evaluation service.

In a special interview segment, Mike Root, Co-Owner of the well-regarded Western Life Camp, will provide information on why this unique destination located near Las Vegas, New Mexico, is such a favorite venue for summertime group and family gatherings.

In the first hour' s "Open House of the Week" segment, Ron and Rod will be joined by Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker David Woodard, as he provides information on 309 D Armijo, a three-bedroom condominium home featuring rare garage and green space and located in the Eastside neighborhood of Santa Fe.

In the second hour of the program, join Ron and Rod as they welcome Julia Furry, Co-Owner of Furry's Buick GMC, one of Santa Fe's most highly regarded automobile dealerships. Julia will offer commentary on---among other things---the sta tus of the city's economy, as well as why home buyers, sellers and owners find the dealership a desirable destination for what is usually the second largest purchase (after a home) that consumers will ever pursue.
As always, listener email questions and comments are welcome during the broadcast.
