Sotheby's International Realty's weekly radio show features host Rey Post and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.

This Sunday---in the first hour of the show---join show host, Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post and a variety of special guest commentators for a CELEBRATION OF REAL ESTATE in commemoration of the upcoming Cinco de Mayo holiday.

Britt Gladu, Director of Membership Development at The Club at Las Campanas, will share commentary about the strong support The Club provides to Las Campanas Compadres, a worthy charity offering free therapeutic horseback riding and swimming lessons to people with special needs. On Labor Day, the Club will play host to the organization’s highly popular and annual Mini-Triathlon event which is open to the public (for information about the event, go to ). In his weekly “Real Story” segment, Ron Blessey, will discuss the latest in mortgage news that relates to the show’s real estate celebration theme and impacts consumers who are pursuing a home loan.

Well-known architect Christopher Purvis of A. Christopher Purvis Architects will offer his own thoughts on how he and his clients celebrate their real estate collaborations when it comes to designing new homes, or property remodels.

Justin Kibbe, Vice President with Santa Fe’s own Fix My Roof, Inc. will provide a real life story of a celebratory situation involving one of his company’s satisfied commercial clients.

In the first hour's "Open House of the Week" segment, Sotheby’s International Realty broker Ashley Margetson offers information regarding the attributes of 1 Cerro Gordo #B, a 2-bedroom and newly built (2007) condo offering custom features and easy access to the Santa Fe Plaza, Museum District and Canyon Road.

In the second hour of the program, highly regarded interior designer Lisa Samuel, Principal at the Samuel Design Group, will be joined by local entrepreneur Laurie Richardoni and Guadalupe Goler of Goler Shoes for a lively discussion of the Top 10 Things That One Can’t Live Without.
