Sotheby's International Realty's weekly radio show features host Rey Post and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.

This Sunday---in the first hour of the show---join show host, Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post and his guest co-host Tom Simon, Managing Member of Westgate Properties, LLC, and their guests for a special Memorial Day weekend discussion of real estate and community-related topics. Simon will offer an update on homeowner association issues important to home buyers, sellers and owners.

In his weekly “Real Story” segment, Ron Blessey, Senior Mortgage Banker with Peoples Bank---an equal housing lender---will discuss the latest in mortgage news that impacts consumers who are pursuing a home loan.

Gene Butler, President of The Firebird, northern New Mexico’s source for stove, fireplace and irrigation services and products, will offer some suggestions on the range of grill options that consumers have as we mark the unofficial start of summer this weekend.

Also offering seasonal tips for home owners is Madeline McCue, General Manager of Servpro of Santa Fe, the well-regarded residential and commercial restoration and clean-up company.

In the first hour's "Open House of the Week" segment, Sotheby’s International Realty broker Tara Earley offers information regarding the attributes of 41 Violet Circle, a 6-bedroom family compound, featuring numerous high-end amenities and located on a private two-acre lot in the Las Campanas neighborhood of Santa Fe.

In the second hour of the program, Tom Simon of Westgate Properties, LLC, and his guests will discuss a variety of “leadership”-related topics as they impact homeowner association management. Javier Delgado, Partner at the Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado & Bolen law firm, will offer his monthly show commentary, with an emphasis on homeowner association board accountability.
