Radio Show on Santa Fe' s Talk 1260 AM KTRC & 101.5 FM KVSF

This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby's International Realty's Associate Broker Rey Post(NM REC License #45660) and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.
In the first hour of the show join Rey and his guests as they discuss a variety of real estate, community events and timely issues of interest to home buyers, sellers and owners.

  • Community Unity: Rey will recognize some important themes that are tied to the staging of “Flag Day,” occurring on June 14. As an occasion when Americans are encouraged to reflect on the foundation of the nation’s freedom, ideals and unity, Rey will discuss how Flag Day provides home owners, businesses and organizations an opportunity to give thought to the value of unifying towards the goal of creating a better community.
  • Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery: Stephen Etre, owner of this well-regarded gallery, will update the audience on how his company’s staging of estate sales serves as a vehicle for bringing home owners, buyers and sellers together in the effort to enhance the presence of properties in the Santa Fe region.
  • Christus St. Vincent Regional Center: Arturo Delgado, Director of Marketing and Communications, will offer some observations on the important role that the medical center plays in building community in Santa Fe. Arturo will also speak to a special program being promoted by the medical center called "Healthy Kids and Family Fun Day 2016.”
  • Santa Fe Area Home Builders: Kim Shanahan, Executive Officer of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA), will give his thoughts on the importance of developing and executing activities that help unify the community. Kim will also review current issues important to the members of the city’s association for home builders and remodelers, as well as discuss the famous “Parade of Homes” tour (August 12-14 and August 19-21) sponsored by the SFAHBA. For the sixth year in a row, the “All Things Real Estate” radio show has been invited to stage remote broadcasts of the program onAugust 14 and August 21 from special properties featured at this major public event.
  • Open House of the Week: Rey will discuss with Sotheby’s International Realty associate broker Darlene Streit the numerous features of 113 Vigil Lane, a beautiful three-bedroom home with many artistic features and located in the Historic Eastside of Santa Fe. In the second hour of the show, Rey will be joined in the studio by his special guest Colleen Edwards, Director of Membership Development at The Club at Las Campanas, as they discuss the important role this destination plays in the community of Santa Fe.

  • Elements of The Club: Colleen will offer a review of the numerous features The Club offers to its members, including two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, a renowned Equestrian Center, Spa and Salon, Fitness and Tennis Center, and popular Hacienda Clubhouse offering facilities for functions and dining. Colleen will also discuss The Club’s commitment to conservation management practices as it pursues its golf operations, as well as embracing environmental and social responsibility in the community.
  • The Club Events: Rey and Colleen will review the special events The Club hosts each year, including the Santa Fe Concorso, the nationally recognized rare and exotic car and motorcycle event that be will staged on September 23-25. This public occasion brings together more than 110 rare vehicles to Santa Fe for a special tribute this year to the automobile manufacturer Alfa Romero. For the fifth year in a row, the "All Things Real Estate" program is being aired for two hours from the event on September 25, and Rey will feature interviews with the organizers of the event (Beverly and Dennis Little), car owners, race car legends, members of the team at The Club at Las Campanas, and business and real estate leaders.
