Sotheby's International Realty's weekly radio show features host Rey Post and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.

This Sunday---in the first hour of the show---join show host, Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post and his guest co-host Bonnie Davis, Professional Community Association Manager with Westgate Properties, LLC, for a discussion of issues associated with the transition from developer controlled boards to homeowner association controlled boards.

Also during the first hour of the show, Rey and Bonnie will celebrate the good works of Santa Fe’s own Many Mothers non-profit which provides free, in-home and supportive services for new parents and infants. Rey’s Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague, Emily Garcia, is hosting a major fundraising event (1-4pm)---open to the public---to benefit the non-profit, which is being staged at 14 Tano Point, an important landmark in the Santa Fe skyline and known as the “Tano Castle” (for event information, go to www.manymothers.org). The event and property are being profiled under the radio show’s “Unique Destinations” series which features people, places and events which are important to our economy, culture and real estate market.

Besides interviewing Emily Garcia during the first hour of the show, Rey will also interview Valerie Plame Wilson, Santa Fe resident and strong supporter of the good works of Many Mothers, who is also a special guest at the fundraising event. Plame Wilson is a former career covert CIA Operations Officer and author of the New York Times best-selling memoir Fair Game: My Life As A Spy, My Betrayal by the White House.

In his weekly “Real Story” segment, Ron Blessey, will discuss the latest in mortgage news that impacts consumers who are pursuing a home loan.

In the first hour's "Open House of the Week" segment, Sotheby’s International Realty broker Emily Garcia offers information regarding the attributes of 14 Tano Point, a 10,000 square foot, 5-bedroom home, located on five acres and offering panoramic views and numerous custom features.

In the second hour of the program, Bonnie Davis, Professional Community Association Manager with Westgate Properties, LLC is joined in the studio by Javier Delgado, partner with the Carpenter Hazelwood Delgado & Bolen Law Firm, for a discussion of various issues associated with the process for transitioning from developer-controlled boards to homeowner association-controlled boards, including the use of Construction Defect Surveys. Also joining in the conversation is lawyer Ritchie Lipsom, lawyer with Carpenter Hazelwood.
