This smoothie tastes just like a Reeses but there is absolutely no sugar or dairy in it. This gluten-free, raw, vegan delight packs 16 grams of protein into one tall glass. It is a whole food source of energy.

Ingredients:

A handful of ice cubes
1 cup of sugar-free almond milk (or your milk substitute of choice)
1 (organic) banana
1-2 tbsp all natural peanut butter *adds a lot of protein, calories and fat
2 tbsp raw cacao powder (available at La Montanita Co-Op)
2 tbsp chia seeds (or any seed you like)

Blend everything together until it comes out like a smoothie.

300-400 calories / 14-21g fat / 40g carbs / 11-16g protein
