The luminous golden tones of New Mexico’s fall palette has inspired countless artists during the last 100 years. The exceptional collection of seasonal paintings on view at William R. Talbot Fine Art on San Francisco Street are from an, equally exceptional group of artists, including: Emil Bisttram, Fremont Ellis, Eric Gibberd, William Lumpkins, Ila McAfee, Alfred Morang, Lloyd Moylan, Carl Redin, Ben Turner and Stuart Walker.

Seen above are:
“Santa Fe Hillside,” a 1949 oil on canvas by Alfred Morang and “Village Among Cottonwoods,” an oil on linen canvas painting from around 1950 by Ben Turner.
