Founded in 1994, Performance Maintenance, Incorporated (PMI), a family-operated janitorial and supply enterprise, prides itself on its commitment to environmental sustainability. At its helm are Celina and Eric Quintana, along with their children, Eric Jr. and Daven, and their niece Rossana Henriquez, who play an active role in managing the company’s diverse operations.
Initially starting as a modest venture with just two staff members, PMI has expanded significantly over the years. Today, it boasts a robust workforce of 160 employees and has secured numerous maintenance and supply contracts across New Mexico.
