Performance Maintenance, Inc. (PMI), a family-run enterprise specializing in janitorial services and supplies, was established by Celina and Eric Quintana in 1994. The company, deeply rooted in sustainable practices, has grown from a small operation with a mere two employees to a substantial business employing 160 staff members across New Mexico.
PMI, now managed not only by its founders but also involving their sons Eric Jr., Daven, and niece Rossana Henriquez, initially began with humble beginnings. Over the years, it has flourished, securing a range of maintenance and supply contracts throughout the state.
