You are invited to the first official meeting of the Santa Fe Women Of Green Network.
Dr. Merle Lefkoff will help set the stage on how women can use our collective efforts and influence to realize a vision of ecological sustainability, social justice and economic vitality here in our community and world.
Merle is a social change entrepreneur whose practice is devoted to the application of nonlinear complex systems thinking to whole system change. Merle holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, USA and has been a mediator, facilitator, and leadership trainer in conflict zones around the world and has served in the Carter Administration.
She is frequent speaker on the need for holistic and sustainable innovation to save our planet, venues include United Nations Women, University of Colorado, Conference on World Affairs; Princeton University, Middle East Society; the Conference on Spirituality, Emergent Creativity and Reconciliation at Saint Paul University in Otttawa, Canada; San Juan Island National Recreation Area, Lopez Island, Washington; Collected Works Bookstore, Santa Fe.
Merle is Founder and CEO of the Center for Emergent Diplomacy which applies the self-organizing power of Complexity Science to global policy agendas in order to reach resilient and collaborative agreements that address the critical issues of our time.
