There’s a delicious new business partnership between Coquette, known for their artisanal cakes in decorated Mason jars, and Santa Fe Spirits, the premier micro-distillery of the Southwest. The Santa Fe Spirits Downtown Tasting Room at 308 Read St. reopens Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 4 p.m. To celebrate, Coquette has created three desserts in decorated jars exclusively for Santa Fe Spirits that will be available at The Downtown Tasting Room, incorporating their handcrafted liquors with locally sourced ingredients. The dessert menu features Apple Pear Crisp with Apple Brandy and New York Style Cheesecake, Baklava Drizzled in Honey with Atapiño Piñon Liqueur and Crème Brûlée, and Chocolate Molten Cake and Macaroons with a Caramel Colkegan Whiskey Sauce.

If your mouth is already watering, be sure to head to Santa Fe Spirits and claim a dessert of your own!
