This year, many community partners are working together to increase participation in the Santa Fe Farmers Market Del Sur, including Presbyterian Community Health, the Santa Fe Food Policy Council, the Santa Fe Farmers Market Institute, YouthWorks, and more. Cooking With Kids will be providing bi-weekly cooking demos during the market for kids, featuring recipes that source seasonal produce from the Del Sur Market vendors. “This year we are combining resources and doing everything we can to make the Santa Fe Farmers’ Del Sur market a huge success,” said Debbie Burns, CEO of the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market. “We would like this wonderful, growing community to have access to fresh, local food right in its neighborhood, which is also my neighborhood. Our Santa Fe Farmers’ Del Sur Market will offer the freshest produce around to this community every week through the end of September. Come join us every Tuesday from 3 – 6pm this summer to find fresh food and entertainment at our growing Santa Fe Farmers’ Del Sur market.”
