Ghost Ranch presents Winter virtual workshop Healing From Grief: A Writing Workshop for Women with Kelsea Habecker, January 19-21, 2022. This retreat for women uses guided writing to facilitate processes that create space to name our grief, bear witness to it, honor it, and begin to heal from it. We will use a variety of generative and exploratory writing techniques aimed at fostering insight and discovery as we work to explore different dimensions of our grief so that we can hold it more gently. In addition to writing practices, we will also draw on contemplative practices to deepen our journey into greater self-awareness and allow us to see our grief more clearly. Using contemplative practices and exploring the spiritual dimensions of grief will also allow us to recognize the gifts offered us by our grief. Sessions are Wednesday – Friday, January 19, 20 & 21, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. For more information, visit the website.
