International Folk Art Market 2021:

Since 2004, the International Folk Art Market has hosted more than 1000 master folk artists from 100 countries in the world’s largest exhibition and sale of works by master folk artists. Artist earnings have exceeded $34 million and impacted more than one million lives in the communities they represent. The market offers folk artists a respected spot in the global marketplace to gather together and share their handmade traditions and to create economic, social, and individual empowerment.

This year, the market takes place over two weekends, July 7 – 11 and July 14 – 18, with different artists each weekend. Market hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursdays, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Your ticket allows you access to the market for a pre-determined two-hour block.

Updates for 2021’s market:

  • IFAM will be held in one location: Milner Plaza on Museum Hill.
  • different group of artists will be featured each weekend.
  • IFAM Tickets will be available for purchase through their website: IFAM.org
  • There will be a cap of 6 tickets per transaction.
  • IFAM will utilize timed tickets of two hour sessions and they will be clearing guests between each session to assist with COVID Safe Practices.
  • Tickets will be delivered electronically to your email, and scanned from your phone on the day of the event at your chosen time.
  • 2021 Market will be a cashless event.
