Dates: One Saturday and Two Sunday afternoons (3 sessions)

Learn the fundamentals of photo editing to take your photography to the next level.
This course uses free web-based photo editing software Pixlr and covers basics like cropping, white balance, and spot cleaning as well as more advanced techniques like filters, layers, and combining images. Whether you just want to touch up your photos before printing and sharing or dive deeper into creating photographic art, this course is a great way to get familiar with photo editing software.
Learning Objectives:
1. Become familiar with the terminology and tools in photo editing software.
2. Use photo editing software to select, remove, and manipulate parts of a photograph.
3. Follow a process to efficiently optimize photos for printing and sharing online.
4. Use digital filters and effects to enhance photos.
5. Combine photos and digital effects to create photographic art.
