Join the Northern New Mexico Horsemen’s Association (NNMHA) for an informative talk on Rhinos In Crisis, by guest speaker Dr. Diana DeBlanc, Wednesday, July 28, 2021, 7-8 p.m. Did you know that rhinoceros can weigh up to 5,100 pounds and run nearly 35 mph? Learn this and more from Dr. DeBlanc, a native New Mexican who has worked as the in-house veterinarian at the Care for White Rhinos Sanctuary in South Africa. She will share her photos and insights about this amazing species and the poaching crisis they face. The event will take place at the Pecos Trail Café, 2239 Old Pecos Trail in Santa Fe.
