The Horse Shelter, a 501c3 animal sanctuary, is holding an Octoberfest Open House at the ranch, Saturday, October 16, 2021, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Come join us at this free event to meet our herd of 75 horses and learn about how we take care of them through training, volunteer support and adoption programs. There will be tours of the ranch and demonstrations with our horses, with trivia prices and a raffle! You will learn about horses in general, as well as about our volunteer and adoption programs. We will be grilling brats (brats, chips, cookie and drink for $5).
