Presbyterian Santa Fe Medical Center is providing the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for 12-17 year-olds in our community.
First dose: Saturday, June 5
Second dose: Saturday, June 26

If you got your first dose at the SFMC event on May 22, your second dose will be on June 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at SFMC.
YouthWorks Catering and Culinary Program will be providing free to-go bags with sandwiches
and salads for those who get vaccinated and their parent/guardian (June 5 event only)!
Register for your first vaccine:
To get a vaccine, you must register for your first dose through NMDOH at VaccineNM.org and
use the event code: PKIDS23. Walk-ins welcome as quantity allows.
Vaccines are free and ID is only needed to verify the person getting the vaccine is the person
who registered. A parent or guardian must accompany vaccine recipients and provide written
consent at the event.
What to expect at the vaccination event:
• Parents or guardians can also get a vaccine at the same time as their child.
• Plan on spending at least 15 to 30 minutes at the event after getting the vaccine.
• Masks are required and should cover both your mouth and nose at all times.
• Wear a short-sleeve top for easy access to your arm.
