The Upstart Crows theatre troupe present a deep cut of Shakespeare’s Antony and Cleopatra, August 5, 7, 13, 15, 2021, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Offering a mix of larger-than-life characters, doomed love and military intrigue, Antony and Cleopatra is one of Shakespeare’s most unclassifiable pieces, seen by some as a tragedy, by others as a romance and still others as a comedy. The Upstart Crows are a Shakespeare troupe for young people age 10 to 18, who create productions from deep explorations of Shakespeare’s language and meaning. Tickets for this show are $12.
