Santa Fe Community College Library presents an online workshop titled Contemporary Haiku and Short Forms: How to Write Flash Poems and Reduce Stress, Tuesday, July 20, 6-8 p.m. Host Miriam Sagan will teach you about the Japanese traditions of Haiku, and how it is written in English today. Expect to do a lot of writing and have some finished tiny poems when you’re done. This is for poets, journal keepers, and anybody who wants to enter the moments of life. Pathways: Native Arts Festival will be hosted at Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino August 20 – 22, 2021.
