The Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association is excited to announce the 32nd Annual Haciendas – A Parade of Homes. To serve our members and the community, we promote innovative, high-quality home construction, comfort technology, and amenities for all housing needs.
The Parade of Homes highlights new and whole home renovations, allowing buyers to explore and compare various construction styles, builders, architects, and designers. This event has an interesting history that has grown over three decades.
The 32nd Annual Haciendas: A Parade of Homes invites you to experience 18 of the most exceptional new home builds and significant renovations of historic properties in the Southwest.
What You’ll See and Learn
See the latest visions for great rooms, kitchen and bathroom design, home comfort, cabinetry, bedroom suites, and the latest home tech — all the things that provide ideas and inspiration for people to enhance, improve, and design their homes from the ground up.
If you want to purchase a new home, you can explore homes on the market during the Parade of Homes and negotiate directly with the builders to make the house your own. Haciendas: A Parade of Homes returns August 9 – 11 and 16 – 18, 2024, giving you two full weekends to explore remarkable homes across Santa Fe.
Haciendas is all about getting a chance to meet the builders and hear how they approach the art and tradecraft of creating beautiful homes.
Homebuilding often puzzles people. What happens inside those walls? Why choose that particular site for a home? Where’s the best place for a window? What makes a house feel comfortable? You’ll find answers to these questions and more during the Parade of Homes. It’s a unique chance for the public to talk directly with builders and understand the reasons behind their choices.
With 18 gorgeous homes on the docket, this is your opportunity to see first-hand old-world craftsmanship handed down through generations, cutting-edge design, and innovative use of materials that continue to make Santa Fe famous.

Who’s Who at the Parade of Homes
Taking part in the Parade of Homes this year are Boss Builders, Native Son Builders, Tierra Concepts with two homes on the Parade, Aspen Custom Homes, Koala Homes, Arete Homes of Santa Fe, Homewise, Green Desert Builders, Big Art Building Corporation with two homes on the Parade — one complete home and another in the final stages of construction, so home buyers can work with Big Art to make final design choices, Yazdec Construction, Zachary & Sons with two homes on Parade, Jose Ortiz Construction, Green Star Builders & Studio Beili, Roybal Enterprises, and Coyote Development Group.

Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony
Mark your calendar for Tuesday, August 13, 5:30 – 9:00 p.m., as the Haciendas Committee and Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association present The Gala & Awards Ceremony, held upon Milner Plaza at the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture. The event features association member-builders as the primary entrants.
Realtors, interior design professionals, architects, landscape architects, and other industry professionals participate in the parade as co-entrants. These professionals are recognized alongside the builders for their extraordinary contributions to Santa Fe-style homes. Awards will be presented for 2024 Grand Hacienda, Craftsmanship, People’s Choice, Green Building, and many more.
Twilight Parade Tours
Five of this year’s Hacienda builders will host special twilight tours of their beautiful homes during the golden hour, replete with refreshments and hors d’oeuvres. This year, Boss Builders, Native Son Builders, Aspen Custom Homes, Green Desert Builders, and Coyote Development Group invite you to take in the evening glow at their homes on August 16th from 5:00 – 8:30 p.m.
