Community Association Management Update: Tom Simon—who is also the Owner of Westgate Properties, LLC—and his colleague Bonnie Davis will offer their thoughts on the theme of the show, including how the residents of homeowner (HOA) and condo (COA) association neighborhoods are impacted by rules and regulations that exist within the communities in which they reside. Tom and Bonnie will also review the elements of the second hour of the show when they and their guests will review recent changes in New Mexico law that impact HOA communities.
