All Things Real Estate - August 20, 2017

This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby's International Realty's Associate Broker Rey Post (NM REC License #45660) and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.
In the first and second hours of the show, join Rey Post and his guests for a special remote broadcast from the "Grand Hacienda"-winning property---8 Picacho Peak Drive (located in the Las Campanas neighborhood of Santa Fe), one of the custom homes of the 25th annual “Haciendas, A Parade of Homes” (Parade) tour.
Rey is honored to have been asked by the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA)—for the second year in a row—to serve as one of the 16 judges of the homes competing in the Parade. Serving in a group with three other judges, Rey and his colleagues toured specific homes offered in the Parade. Other judges who toured these and other properties competing in the event include well-respected home builders, architects, interior designers and business leaders from the Santa Fe community.

SFAHBA Tour: Joining Rey for the two-hour broadcast this Sunday is Kim Shanahan, Executive Officer of the SFAHBA. Kim will offer commentary on the mission of his association, the elements of the Parade, the home builders involved in this annual competition, as well as highlights of the homes being offered to the public for tour. As a professional home builder by experience, Kim will also offer his thoughts on the qualities of 8 Picacho Peak Drive. Closing out the broadcast with Rey in the second hour of the program will be Bill Roth and Bruce Thompson, Co-Chairs of the Parade Committee. Bill, a well-regarded builder with Modern Design + Construction, Inc., will join his Parade colleague—and also a highly-regarded builder—Bruce Thompson of Palo Santo Designs, LLC, as they offer their professional observations on the elements of the "Grand Hacienda"-winning property, as well as the other entrants in the 2017 edition of the Parade.
