All Things Real Estate - September 25, 2016

This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby's International Realty's Associate Broker Rey Post (NM REC License #45660) and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.

In both hours of the show, join Rey and his guests for a two-hour remote broadcast from the Santa Fe Concorso rare car gathering being staged at The Club at Las Campanas. This public event features 110 rare and exotic cars, motorcycles and bikes and attracts 2,000 attendees from all over the country. Named by as one of the “Top-Five Things To Do in Santa Fe” this weekend, the All Things Real Estate radio program has been invited – for the fifth year in a row – to broadcast from this nationally-known event. Rey will interview race car legends, automotive celebrities, the organizers of the event, senior staff from The Club, local business leaders and real estate professionals.

Al Antonez & Beverly and Dennis Little: Rey will begin and end the two-hour broadcast with commentary from Al Antonez, the General Manager/COO of The Club at Las Campanas, as well as with Beverly and Dennis Little, the Co-Founders and organizers of the Santa Fe Concorso. Al will discuss The Club’s pride in hosting this major event for the past five years, while Beverly and Dennis will offer details on the three days of Concorso events, the competitors who are present at the Sunday gathering, and the mission of their non-profit as they bring value to youth organizations in Santa Fe who benefit from proceeds of this event.

Colleen Edwards, Brad Lardon, Kelly Stoochnoff & Nick Berta: Senior professionals at The Club at Las Campanas will offer commentary on the range of services offered to their members, as well as the pride they share in serving as hosts of the Santa Fe Concorso. Commentary will include that offered by Colleen Edwards, Director of Membership Development; Brad Lardon, PGA-Director of Golf; Kelly Stoochnoff, Equestrian Director; and Nick Berta, Executive Chef.

Jeff Lamie & Phil Vasta: Jeff Lamie, President & CEO of the St. Vincent Hospital Foundation and Phil Vasta, Chairman of the Board of the foundation will offer their observations on the value of the Santa Fe Concorso, as well as the important role that the foundation plays in assisting the efforts of the Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center in providing services to the residents of northern New Mexico.

Lyn St. James, Donald Osborne & Dennis Gage: Automotive celebrities, who are playing a role at this year’s Santa Fe Concorso, will join Rey for a series of conversations. Indianapolis 500 Rookie of Year race car driver Lyn St. James – who is also serving as an official judge of the event – will offer her observations of the field of competitors at the Santa Fe Concorso. Emcee of the Santa Fe Concorso and long-time automotive TV show host Donald Osborne will provide his own thoughts on the 2016 event. Dennis Gage, Host of TV’s “My Classic Car” will offer his own take on the field of competitors at this year’s event. Dennis and his crew are filming the collection of competitors in this year’s Santa Fe Concorso.

Gregg Antonsen & Ron Blessey: Gregg Antonsen, Senior Vice President and Qualifying Broker of Sotheby’s International Realty will join Rey and Ron Blessey, Senior Loan Officer at The Mortgage Place, as well as President of the New Mexico Association of Mortgage Professionals will offer their thoughts on the Santa Fe Concorso. Gregg and Ron will also contribute their thoughts on the buying and selling of properties in the Santa Fe neighborhood of Las Campanas.

Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of multiple open house events being staged this Sunday by the brokers of Sotheby’s International Realty in the neighborhood of Las Campanas.

Aerial Video Coverage: Patrick Kerwick of Vantage Photography, LLC will be offering aerial video coverage of the Santa Fe Concorso.
