Looking for someplace new to dine in Santa Fe? Masterpiece Grill, located in the Drury Plaza Hotel, had a soft opening in late May of 2021. Now they’re ready for you to come give their menu a try! In fact, if you’re looking for patio dining for your and your four-legged bestie, be sure to keep reading because the canines have a patio menu all their own!

The new restaurant allows the Masterpiece Grill team to offer high-quality American-style food, craft brews, and a contemporary urban dining experience in Downtown Santa Fe. Masterpiece Cuisine — an off-premises catering company based in Las Vegas, Nevada — opened the restaurant in partnership with Drury Southwest.

“Masterpiece Grill at the Drury Plaza Hotel has allowed us to showcase our passion for classic American-style food,” said Timothy Welc, co-owner. “Our team has created an incredible experience that brings everything we love about the Las Vegas Strip, from the various seating areas to the signature cocktails, to all the seasonal flavors we are showcasing on the menu.”

When asked about the items on their menu that are proving to be most popular, Timothy replied, “Our most popular appetizer is our Mondo Pretzel with everything spice, stoneground ale mustard, and green chile beer sauce. The favorite entree is our pistachio-dusted salmon with a sweet IPA and Santa Fe whiskey glaze. We have a kid’s zone menu and a full canine cuisine dog menu on the patio. Our most popular dessert is our caramel cookie skillet with a fresh-out-of-the-oven chocolate chunk cookie topped with creamy vanilla ice cream and drizzled with house-made caramel sauce.” For those seeking vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options, Timothy says there are items on the menu to meet those needs, like the Grilled Garden Wrap Sandwich and Farm to Table Platter with homemade hummus. Other dishes can be adapted to fit dietary needs.
