In the first hour of the show, join Rey and guest co-host Stephen Etre, Owner of Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery, and their guests for a Tax Day-inspired discussion of timely business, community and real estate issues.
In the spirit of Tax Day—the colloquial term for the day on which individual income tax returns are due to be submitted to the federal government—Rey and his guests will speak to how they work hard to minimize “taxing” elements that have the capacity to impact home buyer and seller transactions.

Real Estate Broker Update: Using the show theme as a backdrop, Rey will offer his observations on how real estate brokers minimize—as much as possible—“taxing” components that can emerge with any client home purchase, or sale activity.
Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery Review: Stephen Etre, Owner of Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery, will reflect on how he and his staff endeavor to eliminate “taxing” circumstances that clients may encounter as they pursue home accessorizing activities. With the gallery serving as a destination for meeting home design, furniture and accessory needs, it can also be a place for consumers to efficiently and effectively make use of any tax refund they may be enjoying this year. Stephen will also update the audience on his current roster of upcoming estate sales and other special activities offered to the public. With more than 13,000 square feet of display space, the gallery is well-known as a place that consumers—along with real estate professionals—have gone to for nearly four decades to find unique art, antiques, jewelry, furniture, and home accessories. For the tenth year in a row, Stephen’s gallery is serving as one of the major corporate supporters of “All Things Real Estate,” with Mr. Etre offering monthly commentary throughout 2019.
