In the first hour of the show, join Rey and guest co-hosts Tom Simon and Bonnie Davis—Professional Community Association Managers with Westgate Properties, LLC—as they reflect on the theme of: How Rules and Regulations Influence The Lives of Home Owners, Buyers and Sellers.

Overview Thoughts: Rey will offer some commentary on the ways that real estate brokers aid home buyers and sellers in their understanding of rules and regulations that impact the ownership of property.
Community Association Management Update: Tom Simon—who is also the Owner of Westgate Properties, LLC—and his colleague Bonnie Davis will offer their thoughts on the theme of the show, including how the residents of homeowner (HOA) and condo (COA) association neighborhoods are impacted by rules and regulations that exist within the communities in which they reside. Tom and Bonnie will also review the elements of the second hour of the show when they and their guests will review recent changes in New Mexico law that impact HOA communities. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Westgate Properties specializes in the management of multi-tenant commercial properties and homeowner associations. Their goal is to promote community through highly responsive management with the aim that quality of life, quality of work and the value of one’s real estate investment is improved.
The Club at Las Campanas in April 2019: Al Antonez, General Manager and COO at The Club at Las Campanas, will join Rey in speaking to the show’s theme, by outlining why certain agreed upon rules and regulations help to reinforce The Club’s welcoming and nationally-known reputation. Rey’s “Real Estate Recommendation”: Rey’s weekly real estate recommendation will offer some suggestions on how to make the home buying and selling process a bit easier, more efficient and enjoyable for consumers.
Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 106 Old Canoncito Road with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Skye Smith.
