This show will give attention to the need for even greater teamwork among people as we all deal with our current circumstances.

Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery Review:

Stephen Etre, Owner of Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery will reflect on the teamwork show theme from the standpoint of day-to-day family activities, as well as what he and his gallery colleagues are doing as they offer advice to their customers. Stephen will also remind the audience of the gallery’s mission of “giving back” to the Santa Fe community. Stephen’s gallery has been part of the Santa Fe community for nearly 40 years, and will return to its regular business, once the coronavirus situation is fully addressed. The gallery brings more than 13,000 square feet of gallery display space, providing a wide variety of unique items to the public. More than ever, Stephen is proud of his gallery’s involvement in local charities as well as cultural and educational organizations. The team at the gallery has a deep commitment to building local and sustainable community relationships. For the eleventh year in a row Stephen’s gallery is serving as one of the major corporate supporters of “All Things Real Estate,” with Mr. Etre offering monthly commentary throughout 2020.

CHRISTUS St. Vincent Health System Commitment to Northern New Mexico: Katherine Armijo Etre, Vice President of Mission and Community Health at the CHRISTUS organization, will join Rey and Stephen in discussing the show’s theme, regarding the importance of teamwork. Katherine will also update the audience on how the CHRISTUS health care system is meeting the challenges of the coronavirus situation. Katherine has worked in the field of health and human services for over 30 years in State Government, non-profits, education, and health care. She has extensive experience in the areas of early childhood, school age children, adolescent, adult behavioral health, and senior care. Her areas of expertise include organizational development, program development, and public health. She has a deep personal and professional commitment to improving the health and well-being of people by assuring that they are treated as “whole” persons; truly recognizing that people are more than just a medical condition or a client receiving a service. It takes more than health care services for people to lead happy, healthy lives. She believes that communities have resources to build upon including health care, safety net programs, faith communities, family supports and most important, people who care. Having the opportunity to do this work in her own community brings her great professional satisfaction. Katherine holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Bachelor’s in Social Work. Kathy is a native of New Mexico.

Steve Riemann Updates On The Home Buying and Selling Process:

Steve Riemann, President of the Santa Fe Title Company, will offer his observations on the show’s teamwork theme, as well as provide an update on the closing process used in the buying and selling of homes in the Santa Fe region. Steve will also offer commentary on the critical role that title insurance plays in home buying/selling transactions. As a certified instructor of real estate in New Mexico, Steve will also provide some thoughts on why consumers should strive to partner with well-educated real estate professionals. The Santa Fe Title Company is committed to providing the best service possible for home buyers, including top notch closing services and delivering title insurance protection covering invalid liens, false claim of rights, and heirs that have not been identified, to name a few. Steve was the very first guest on the ATRE show in June 2009 and has brought a wealth of information to the program about the real estate process during his 10+ years as a commentator. He continues as a regular commentator on the program in 2020.

Rey’s “Real Estate Recommendation":

Rey’s weekly real estate recommendation will offer information on the ongoing efforts of Sotheby’s International Realty to address the needs of home buyers and sellers, as the coronavirus situation continues. In the spirit of the show theme, Rey will also share some thoughts on a element of teamwork, that he and all of his broker colleagues subscribe to. Specifically, that the marketing and administrative staff at the Santa Fe office of Sotheby’s International Realty are offering an even greater level of professional assistance to the company’s brokers and clients, during this exceptionally challenging period of time.

Property of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 58 Camino Tetzcoco with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Ricky Allen. This sprawling single level, four-bedroom, three-bath, ranch style home is sited on 7 private acres, and is in move-in condition, with exquisite 2017 renovations including a kitchen and bathroom(s) remodel, Kraftmaid cabinets, granite countertops, new flooring, HVAC upgrade and an extensive landscaping transformation (Rey and Ricky will discuss the other features this home offers). This quiet property, featuring a three-car garage, is located approximately 1/4 mile from the Rail Trail, an 18-mile groomed trail for mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding. This home, only 10 miles to the Santa Fe Plaza, could be a splendid horse property with plenty of space to add facilities for up to four horses. And sunsets at the home are considered by all to be amazing!
