This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby's International Realty's Associate Broker Rey Post (NM REC License #45660) and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.
In the first hour of the show, join Rey and his guests as they continue a theme for the December broadcasts of the show that summarizes a variety of 2017 real estate matters, as well as what may be on the table for home owners, buyers and sellers in the New Year.

Real Estate in Santa Fe: Rey will offer some thoughts on home buyer and seller activity that occurred in 2017, as well as review real estate issues that could be on the agenda in the New Year. Rey will also remind the audience of the important role that the real estate community is playing in the aftermath of the hurricanes that have impacted our nation this summer and early fall. As an example of the real estate community’s commitment to providing assistance, the Realogy Charitable Foundation, a 501 © (3) public charity, was established as Hurricane Harvey approached Texas in late August. The foundation is continuing to raise funds, delivering 100 percent of the proceeds to the American Red Cross to directly help those affected  by the storm (go to: to contribute). Realogy is the parent company of Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc.
Gateway Mortgage Group “Home Buyer Tip”: Scott Robinson (NMLS#202265), Santa Fe Branch Manager at the Gateway Mortgage Group, will offer his own thoughts on the show’s theme, including a review of accomplishments that mortgage lenders realized in 2017. Scott will also provide his regular mortgage tip that can benefit home buyers who are purchasing a property in collaboration with a lender. The Gateway Mortgage Group is one of the largest privately held mortgage companies in the country, doing its entire mortgage servicing in-house. This business element is important, since it means that Gateway’s customers work directly with them until the time their loan is paid.
Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, LLC, Update: Donna Jones White, Owner and Qualifying Broker of Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, LLC, will reflect on the show theme, including a summary of vacation and other home rental activities that were seen in 2017. Donna—in her last guest interview of the year—will reflect on issues in her area of real estate that will evidence themselves in 2018. Donna will also discuss the new commentary she will bring to the radio show in 2018, including how her company maintains a collection of rental options for vacation guests who choose to come to Santa Fe in the New Year, or are seeking a furnished 30-day or long-term unfurnished property. Consumers from around the globe turn to Donna’s company to aid them in finding comfortable and high-quality residences for their stays in our community.
Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 12 County Road 113 S Nambe with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Deborah Day. This thoughtfully updated and remodeled five-bedroom, traditional Pueblo-style adobe home is located in the Nambe Valley across from the 100+-acre Las Acequias Ranch and offers numerous and distinctive features.

In the second hour of the show, join the Reside Home team of Jeff  Fenton and Chris Martinez who will host their monthly interior design program. This month, Jeff and Chris will air a program that speaks to the theme of “Design Year in Review.” Reside Home is a design-based, boutique home furnishings showroom in Santa Fe, offering a unique mix of national brands, paired with one-of-a-kind pieces, all displayed to inspire. The firm is also proud to offer a private-label upholstery collection, Reside Loft. From furniture to rugs, lighting, pillows, art, accessories, and bedding, Reside Home has what it takes to make your home beautiful.
