Real Estate Broker Observations: Using the show theme as a backdrop, Rey will offer some thoughts on the focus of real estate brokers, as they work with home buyers and sellers in the closing weeks of 2019, as well as preparing for activities in the New Year.
Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery Review: Stephen Etre, Owner of Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery, will reflect on a variety of activities the gallery gives attention to in December, as he and his team do their best to serve the gallery’s clients. Stephen will also review the gallery’s successful 2019 estate sales at properties all over northern New Mexico; the gallery’s preparations for December holiday gift-buying; what will be the focus of the gallery in the New Year; and the mission of the gallery to “give back” to the Santa Fe community. The gallery is known as a popular destination for meeting the home design, furniture and accessory needs of consumers. With more than 13,000 square feet of display space, the gallery serves as a place that consumers—along with real estate professionals—have gone to for nearly four decades to find unique art, antiques, jewelry, furniture and home accessories. The gallery, as part of the Santa Fe community for nearly 40 years, is proud of its involvement in local charities, as well as cultural and educational organizations. The team at the gallery has a deep commitment to building local, and sustainable community relationships. For the 11th year in a row, Stephen’s gallery will serve—in 2020—as one of the major corporate supporters of “All Things Real Estate,” with Mr. Etre offering monthly commentary throughout the year.
Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association News: Rey will be joined by Jason Rogers, the 2020 President of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA), and a member of the team of professionals at Santa Fe’s premier high end appliance dealer—Sierra West Sales—for a discussion of home construction issues important to the agenda of the members of the SFAHBA. Jason will also offer a summary of the SFAHBA’s successes in 2019, including the staging of the “Home Show" last March, as well as highlighting the elements of this year’s edition of the nationally-known “Haciendas, A Parade of Homes” tour last August. In preparation for the New Year, Jason will also offer a review of what he hopes to accomplish in 2020, as he serves as the organization’s president. For the 10th year in a row, the SFAHBA is continuing in 2020 as a corporate supporter of, and content provider for the “All Things Real Estate” radio show. As a reminder, tune in to the SFAHBA’s weekly radio show “Green Building”—airing just before the “All Things Real Estate” program—at 11 am (Mountain Time) each Sunday on KTRC’s 1260AM and 103.7FM (also heard at the same time via the “Listen Now” link at ATREradio.com).
