This Sunday, the show will use the staging of the 54th edition of the National Football League’s Super Bowl championship game as the backdrop for themes used in the discussion of real estate, business and community issues. Rey and his guests will review how the elements of “teamwork, individual performance, and competing at the highest level possible” are present in the work real estate and business professionals pursue on behalf of their clients.

In the first hour of the show, Rey is co-hosting the program with Stephen Etre, owner of Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery.

Real Estate Broker Observations: Speaking to the show theme, Rey will offer some thoughts on the ways real estate brokers strive to perform at a “championship” level for their home buyer and seller clients.

Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery Review In February: Stephen Etre, Owner of Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery, will use the theme of the show to reflect on the “game-winning” attitude that he and his team of professionals bring to the services offered to the gallery’s clients. Stephen will also review his gallery’s plans for the staging of estate sales in 2020 at properties all over northern New Mexico. Stephen will preview his upcoming and nationally-known 2020 “Spring” and “Fall” sales events as well as the mission of the gallery to “give back” to the Santa Fe community. The gallery is known as a popular destination for meeting the home design, furniture and accessory needs of consumers. With more than 13,000 square feet of display space, the gallery serves as a place that consumers—along with real estate professionals—have gone to for nearly four decades to find unique art, antiques, jewelry, furniture, and home accessories. The gallery, as part of the Santa Fe community for nearly 40 years, is proud of its involvement in local charities, as well as cultural and educational organizations. The team at the gallery has a deep commitment to building local and sustainable community relationships. For the 11th year in a row, Stephen’s gallery is serving in 2020 as one of the major corporate supporters of “All Things Real Estate,” with Mr. Etre offering monthly commentary throughout the year.

Rey’s “Real Estate Recommendation”: Rey’s weekly real estate recommendation will offer some suggestions on how to make the home buying and selling process a bit easier, more efficient and less time consuming for consumers. An ongoing recommendation that Rey offers is to see his listing of a 10-acre parcel of land, just nine miles east of Abiquiu, and situated above the Rio Chama, with 360-degree vistas (for information, see the "Unique Destination" section on

Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 301 Palomino Street, which his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Lois Sury is holding open for the public on Sunday afternoon. This three-bedroom home sits on a large corner lot and features sizeable rooms. The home’s great room offers the kitchen, dining and living rooms, while the property also offers a large master bedroom, one full bath, as well as two other bedrooms of good size. There is a one-car garage with room for a shop, hobby area, studio, or just extra storage. A very large front yard area places this home in a nice setting.
