In the first hour of the show, join Rey and guest co-host Stephen Etre, Owner of Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery, and their guests for a discussion of business, community and real estate issues that will occupy the time of consumers in the New Year.

Real Estate Broker Update: Throughout January, Rey is offering his thoughts on a variety of real estate issues that are important to home buyers, sellers and home owners in 2019. Rey will also offer his review of many home buying and selling matters that professional real estate brokers will encounter in the New Year. 
Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery Review: Stephen Etre, Owner of Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery, will highlight what his gallery will offer to consumers in 2019. Besides staging estate sales throughout the New Year, the gallery will also host its well-regarded and annual “Spring Sale” and “Fall Sale” events, both which have been staged for more than 30 years, attracting consumers from across the country. Stephen will also remind listeners about the range of items featured at the gallery as 2019 begins. With more than 13,000 square feet of display space, the gallery is well-known as a place that consumers—along with real estate professionals—have gone to for nearly four decades to find unique art, antiques, jewelry, furniture, and home accessories. For the 10th year in a row, Stephen’s gallery is serving as one of the major corporate supporters of “All Things Real Estate,” with Mr. Etre offering monthly commentary throughout 2019.  
Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association News: Rey will join in a conversation with Kim Shanahan, former Executive Officer of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA), regarding a variety of timely home-building and remodeling issues, including his take on the state of the construction industry as we enter 2019. In late 2018, Kim announced his plans to transition out of the SFAHBA Executive Officer position. In what many characterize as an amazing 10 years since Kim went from being the association’s Board President in 2008, to then assuming the Executive Officer duties, Kim noted that it “has been an honor and a privilege to serve our members and our industry on a local, state, and national level.” Kim intends to stay active as a SFAHBA builder member and will continue to volunteer on many levels. Rey will review many of Kim’s accomplishments while serving as the association’s Executive Officer, as well as obtain his thoughts on next steps in his ongoing commitment to the community. As a reminder, tune in to the SFAHBA’s weekly radio show “Green Building” airing just before the “All Things Real Estate” program, beginning at 11 am (Mountain Time) each Sunday on KTRC’s 1260AM and 103.7FM (also heard at the same time via the “Listen Now” link at Discussions are underway to have the SFAHBA continue as a corporate supporter of and content provider for the “All Things Real Estate” radio show throughout 2019. This includes having the radio show air remote broadcasts during the SFAHBA’s annual “Home Show” in March, as well as the “Haciendas, A Parade of Homes” tour in August.

Donna will also underscore how important it is to offer information to her clients about the values of Santa Fe as a destination for work, or vacation travel in 2019. In addition, Donna will also remind the audience about her company’s role in maintaining a collection of rental options for vacation guests who choose to come to Santa Fe, or for those who are seeking a furnished 30-day or long-term unfurnished property. Consumers from around the globe turn to Donna’s company to aid them in finding comfortable and high-quality residences for their stays in our community. Santa Fe Vacation Rentals has returned in 2019 as one of the “All Things Real Estate” radio show’s major content providers.
Rey’s “Real Estate Recommendation”: Rey’s weekly real estate recommendation will offer some suggestions on how to make the home buying and selling process a bit easier, more efficient and less time consuming for consumers.
