This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby's International Realty's Associate Broker Rey Post (NM REC License #45660) and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.
In the first hour of the show, join Rey and his special guest co-host, Al Antonez, General Manager/COO of The Club at Las Campanas, for a discussion of how this nationally-recognized destination plays a major role in the lives of home owners, buyers and sellers in northern New Mexico. Other guests will join Rey and Al in adding additional observations on critical real estate issues that will impact consumers in 2018.

2018 Real Estate in Santa Fe: As he is doing for all of the shows in January, Rey will offer some thoughts on home buyer and seller activity and issues that may occupy the time of consumers in 2018. Rey will also remind the audience of the important role that the real estate community is playing in the aftermath of the hurricanes that impacted our nation last summer and early fall. As an example of the real estate community’s commitment to providing assistance, the Realogy Charitable Foundation, a 501 © (3) public charity, was established as Hurricane Harvey approached Texas in late August. The foundation is continuing to raise funds, delivering 100 percent of the proceeds to the American Red Cross to directly help those affected by the storm (go to: to contribute). Realogy is the parent company of Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc.

The Club at Las Campanas in 2018: Al Antonez, General Manager and COO of The Club at Las Campanas, will join Rey in a review of the amenities The Club offers to its members; the activities The Club is pursuing in 2018; as well as the range of unique events it will showcase throughout the New Year, including a series of special lectures and presentations of renowned business leaders, music performers and authors. The Club is known for offering an extraordinary setting to enjoy an ideal life in Santa Fe. As one of the nation’s most regarded country club destinations, The Club was not only recognized as a Platinum Club of America for 2014 - 2016, it is also known for its deep commitment to the people, environment, as well as programs that help to make Santa Fe a better community. The Club’s amenities include two championship Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses; a well-equipped fitness center; tennis and spa facility with seven synthetic clay courts; one of the finest equestrian facilities in the Southwest; as well as the casual and fine dining provided at The Club’s Hacienda Clubhouse. In addition, The Club is known in the community as a place for multifaceted cultural, educational, artistic and musical programs. The Club’s members formed the Las Campanas Community Fund in 2003 to do even more to address the vital needs in the area. This endowment fund, which is administered in partnership with the Santa Fe Community Foundation, has grown significantly since its inception and provides annual grants to a range of non-profit organizations in the Santa Fe area. For the eighth year in a row, “All Things Real Estate” is partnering with The Club in 2018 to offer information on the multitude of activities it is hosting. Among the major events The Club hosted last year—for the first time in its history—was the 2017 U.S. Women’s State Team Golf Championship that was staged last September. The success of the hosting of this major national golf championship could lead to similar golf championship events being staged at The Club in the future.
Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, LLC, Update: Donna Jones White, Owner and Qualifying Broker of Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, LLC, will reflect on the show theme, including a summary of vacation and other home rental activities that are available to Santa Fe visitors in 2018. Donna—in her first guest interview of the year—will reflect on issues in her area of real estate that will evidence themselves throughout 2018. Donna will also discuss the new commentary she will bring to the radio show during her other 2018 guest commentator visits, including how her company maintains a collection of rental options for vacation guests who choose to come to Santa Fe in the New Year, or are seeking a furnished 30-day or long-term unfurnished property. Consumers from around the globe turn to Donna’s company to aid them in finding comfortable and high-quality residences for their stays in our community.
Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 103 Solana Drive, with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague K.C. Martin. This charming three-bedroom home features two fireplaces, an updated kitchen, spacious fenced yard and many other elements, and is located in the Casa Solana neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Santa Fe.

In the second hour of the show, Rey will be joined by guest co-host Steve Riemann, President of Santa Fe Title Company, for a conversation about a variety of title insurance and real estate issues that home buyers, sellers and owners will focus on in 2018. Rey and Steve will also review what matters may impact real estate professionals in the New Year. Besides directing the operation of one of Santa Fe’s most-respected title insurance companies, Steve is also a certified instructor of real estate in New Mexico, having the opportunity to regularly interact with those who make the practice of this trade their career choice. Steve will also update the audience on new issues that will impact the process of closing on the sale and purchase of a home in 2018. Santa Fe Title Company is the city’s premier locally-owned title insurance company, offering title insurance, escrow services, closing services, preliminary title reports, document recording, and property searches.
