Over their four decades of professional experience, the Lucky Dog team has, at one point or another, worked for or owned record stores, night clubs, production companies, recording studios, and, of course, big box retailers. The different backgrounds of the Lucky Dog team contribute to a unique end result: their ability to customize their clients’ home for audio, A/V, home automation, networking, and home lighting based on their particular specifications and circumstances. They understand how architecture, design, engineering, acoustics, and technology can all work together to craft a certain outcome. Truewill and Daniel have joined “All Things Real Estate” in 2020 as corporate supporters and show commentators. Throughout the year, they will offer information on how their firm brings custom technology solutions to homes and businesses.
Rey’s “Real Estate Recommendation”: Rey’s weekly real estate recommendation will offer some suggestions on how to make the home buying and selling process a bit easier, more efficient and less time consuming for consumers. An ongoing recommendation that Rey offers is to see his listing of a 10-acre parcel of land, just nine miles east of Abiquiu, and situated above the Rio Chama, with 360-degree vistas (for information, see the "Unique Destination" section on ATREradio.com).
Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 4212 Big Sky, with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Adrienne DeGuere, who is hosting an open house of the property this Sunday. This charming two-story home in the Nava Ade neighborhood of Santa Fe features a wonderfully livable floor plan with three bedrooms and two full baths. The open concept living/dining area is light and bright with many large windows and sliding glass doors that provide easy access to the outdoor areas. The master suite is conveniently located on the ground floor, while upstairs are two light-filled bedrooms and a full bath. This special home has been upgraded with Travertine tile and newer Pergo tongue-in-groove wood-style laminate flooring. The upstairs bedrooms are carpeted for warmth and comfort. The private yard is fully enclosed with coyote fencing and has mature, drought-resistant landscaping. Various patios are located off the master bedroom, kitchen, and dining area. Nava Ade is a wonderful community that enjoys miles of walking trails and several park-like areas. There is also a community swimming pool, exercise gym, and sauna that is available to all residents.
