In the first hour of the show, join Rey and guest co-host Bonnie Davis—Professional Community Association Manager with Westgate Properties, LLC—and their guests as they reflect on a variety of real estate, community and business issues in 2019.
Overview Thoughts: As he has done throughout January, Rey will continue to offer his observations on real estate issues that brokers and their buyer/seller clients are focusing in in 2019.
Community Association Management Update: Bonnie will offer her thoughts on the theme of the show, including how the residents of the homeowner (HOA) and condo (COA) association neighborhoods Westgate Properties, LLC, manages are impacted by real estate issues in the New Year. In addition, Bonnie will review the elements of the second hour of the show when she and her special guest will explore the topic of community association collection policies and delinquencies. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Westgate Properties specializes in the management of multi-tenant commercial properties and homeowner associations. Their goal is to promote community through highly responsive management with the aim that quality of life, quality of work and the value of one’s real estate investment is improved.
The Club at Las Campanas in January 2019: Isabel Chavarria, Director of Membership Development at The Club at Las Campanas, will join Rey in speaking to the show’s theme by outlining the agenda for the facility and its members in the New Year. Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 91 Johnson Mesa with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Cathy Griffith. This three-bedroom home—offering an open floor plan—is located in the Rancho Viejo neighborhood of Santa Fe, and is being sold by the original owner, who upgraded finishes and features over the years. Rancho Viejo is a great community for those who enjoy the outdoors, with lots of trails to walk, bike and run. The home is close to the Santa Fe Community College, and offers an easy commute to all the assets of the south side of the city.
