This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby's International Realty's Associate Broker Rey Post (NM REC License #45660) and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.
In the first and second hours of the show, join Rey and guest co-host Al Antonez, General Manager/COO of The Club at Las Campanas, and other guests for a special broadcast about the elements of this nationally-recognized destination.
Real Estate Broker Update: Rey will offer some thoughts on how The Club serves as an element that attracts home buyers to the Santa Fe neighborhood of Las Campanas. Rey will also offer his weekly “Rey’s Real Estate Recommendation,” which is designed to make the home buying and selling process a bit easier and more enjoyable for consumers. In addition, Rey will remind the audience that the Sotheby's International Realty® brand has partnered with New Story, a non-profit organization that puts 100 percent of donations toward transforming dangerous living environments into communities of safe, sustainable homes, for $6,000 a home. Go to https://www.sothebysrealty.com/eng/newstory for more information on this significant initiative.
The Club at Las Campanas Report: Al Antonez will join Rey in a review of the amenities The Club offers to its members; the activities The Club has been pursuing in 2018; as well as the range of unique events it has and will continue to showcase throughout the year. This includes a series of special lectures and presentations of renowned business leaders, music performers and authors. Joining Rey and Al in the conversation is Eric Deshler, Director of Fitness, Tennis & Spa at The Club. The Club is known for offering an extraordinary setting to enjoy an ideal life in Santa Fe. As one of the nation’s most regarded country club destinations, The Club was not only recognized as a Platinum Club of America for 2014 - 2016, it is also known for its deep commitment to the people, environment, as well as programs that help to make Santa Fe a better community. The Club’s amenities include two championship Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses; a well-equipped fitness center; tennis and spa facility with seven synthetic clay courts; one of the finest equestrian facilities in the Southwest; as well as the casual and fine dining provided at The Club’s Hacienda Clubhouse.
Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 1860 Forest Circle with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Darlene Streit. This three-bedroom, single-level Pueblo-style home is set on approximately three-quarters of an acre and offers numerous unique features and expansive views and is located in the Museum Hill and central part of Santa Fe.
In the second hour of the show, Rey and Al Antonez, General Manager/COO of The Club at Las Campanas, will continue the conversation from the first hour of the show about The Club's commitment to the community, including well-known conservation programs that are pursued by the facility. Joining Rey and Al in this conversation is Kyle Capps, Head Golf Professional at The Club. Among the major events The Club has hosted—for the first time in its history—was the 2017 U.S. Women’s State Team Golf Championship that was staged last September. The success of the hosting of this major national golf championship could lead to similar golf championship events being staged at The Club in the future. In addition, The Club is known in the community as a place for multifaceted cultural, educational, artistic and musical programs. The Club’s members formed the Las Campanas Community Fund in 2003 to do even more to address the vital needs in the area. This endowment fund, which is administered in partnership with the Santa Fe Community Foundation, has grown significantly since its inception and provides annual grants to a range of non-profit organizations in the Santa Fe area. For the eighth year in a row, “All Things Real Estate” has been partnering with The Club in 2018 to offer information on the multitude of activities it offers to its members.
